RS Connect has been supporting Avon and Somerset police to meet the increasingly complex requirements of their growing fleet for the past 6 years. The force has a wide variety of vehicles to cater for different use cases. Over the years, our engineers worked on a variety of vehicle models such as:
We are a one-stop shop for our client, showing versatility and expertise with each vehicle model. Our engineers have completed technical electric/hybrid training which meant we were able to deal with the additional complexities of electric vehicle conversions.
Our engineering team ensured that the new systems integrated seamlessly with the vehicle’s existing systems. We integrate the latest technologies enabling the force to use innovative approaches that take advantage of the new technologies.
Build
The vehicles were built to the highest standard and Avon and Somerset police were kept up to date on the progress of the work. Using our in-house workshop based at our Coleshill HQ, we can offer quick turnaround times. The vehicles are stored in one location and can be delivered/ picked up in batches.
Avon and Somerset have one central point of contact and all vehicles receive a pre & post-delivery inspection with pictures and a full demo.
