You will receive a text message containing an estimated timeslot by the working day prior to your appointment. This will give you a timeslot of Morning (8am-12pm), 10am-2pm or Afternoon (12pm-5pm). The engineer will then call you on the day, when on the way to your installation address.

If you booked your appointment on the phone with a member of our bookings team, you will receive a reminder text message the working day prior to your appointment containing an estimated timeslot for your appointment.

If you want to check the details of your appointment, want to change the installation address, rebook or cancel your appointment you can do so by visiting Book My Install and entering your vehicle registration and the postcode of the address where you booked the installation. Please note this service is not available within one working day of your appointment date and is only available for appointments booked in the United Kingdom.

If you booked your appointment online using our bookmybox.co.uk service you will receive a text message and email confirmation of your appointment immediately after making the booking.

Yes, we should be able to de-install a product from your old vehicle and re-install it into your new vehicle. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Often insurance telematics devices will be deactivated on expiry of a customers insurance policy. If the customer or the insurance company do not request the removal of the device it can remain redundant in a vehicle. The device may still have visible LED lights if it is connected to a power source in the vehicle but this does not mean that it is actively tracking and in most cases the device cannot be reused by a new customer. You are free to remove the device yourself if it is no longer a requirement of your insurance policy. Alternatively, RS Connect can come and remove this device for you for a fee. If you have any questions about a device in your vehicle, or you would like to book a removal, please contact our bookings team with information of what you have found.
