RS Connect’s Noelle Hartless Gears Up for Tour de Gwent Challenge

Next month Noelle Hartless, Sales Manager at RS Connect, will embark on a challenging journey. Noelle, along with her son James, is preparing for the Tour de Gwent, set to take place on Sunday, September 24th, 2023 at St Cadoc’s Hospital, Caerleon. Adding to the thrill, they will be honing their cycling skills by training in Bulgaria before the big day.

Tour de Gwent, an annual cycling event organised by St David’s Hospice Care and sponsored by Whitehead Building Services, offers an exhilarating experience for everyone. The event provides a selection of six uniquely curated routes, catering to cyclists of varying skill levels. From intense courses meant for seasoned cyclists to scenic riverside paths for casual family riders, the event promises an adventure for all.

And it’s not just about pedalling! The Tour de Gwent offers spectators a feast for the eyes too. Set against the idyllic backdrop of the Roman town of Caerleon, the event invites onlookers to either explore this charming town or pick a vantage point to cheer the cyclists on their chosen routes.

By participating in the event, Noelle and James are lending their support to St David’s Hospice Care, a noble cause dedicated to providing comprehensive palliative care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families across Newport, Caerleon, Monmouthshire, Torfaen, and South & Mid Powys.
